Shortlisting Candidate is an advanced recruitment management system, built on the SuiteCRM platform. Many companies use weird and wonderful job titles that are unique to them and are not ones commonly used by other companies or job seekers. List all the common job titles you hire/recruit for at your company, in a spreadsheet. Then add the synonyms of these job titles, that could be used by the potential candidates. This is a REALLY important step and feature added to the recruitment process of any organization. Listing all the primary keywords associated with these same job titles, and as above, adding the synonyms with them to your spreadsheet will be of great help. These would be the keywords that are to be seen in profiles, bio’s, online resumes etc. It Builds some boolean string in readiness for the next stages. For example, it could look like: (recruiter OR “recruitment consultant” OR recruitment specialist” OR “recruitment resource”); or keywords, LinkedIn, AND sourcing AND “social media”. It helps to focus or invest more time on relevant applicants and make the recruitment process faster and easier.
